Ashley N. Johnson, 26, is an Continuous Improvement Engineer at World's Finest Chocolate in Chicago, IL. She attended the University of Wisconsin- Madison where she studied Industrial engineering. While in college, she was involved in organizations such as the National Society of Black Engineers, The Society of Women Engineers, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Posse Plus. Ashley was very active in the community in both Illinois and Wisconsin.

Since the age of 5, Ashley has enjoyed dancing in the techniques of ballet, tap, jazz, modern, point, and liturgical. She has showcased her talents at Studio Once Dance Theatre, St. Mark United Methodist Church, and at the 2009 Miss Black and Gold Pageant.

Within the next 5 years, Ashley plans on having completed her MBA at University and hopes to land a manager position within her company. Ashley contributes her success to having parents that push her.
